How it runs

Heroku is a stdio MCP server. mcpfold launches it with:

npx -y @heroku/mcp-server

Add to your config

mcpfold add @heroku/mcp-server

Needs a token — mcpfold stores it as a reference (${env:HEROKU_API_KEY}), never a value.
