Firecrawl is a stdio MCP server. mcpfold launches it with:

npx -y firecrawl-mcp

Add to your config

mcpfold add firecrawl-mcp

Needs a token — mcpfold stores it as a reference (${env:FIRECRAWL_API_KEY}), never a value.
