How it runs

Brave Search is a stdio MCP server. mcpfold launches it with:

npx -y @modelcontextprotocol/server-brave-search

Add to your config

mcpfold add @modelcontextprotocol/server-brave-search

Needs a token — mcpfold stores it as a reference (${env:BRAVE_API_KEY}), never a value.
